Warranty

Fluid Bottles are covered under a 12 month manufacturers warranty from the date of purchase (proof of receipt required).  Fluid Bottles are manufactured by hand and the final finish is not always perfect, small marks and imperfections on our bottles are not considered a warranty claim, however our main goal is to make sure you are completely satisfied with your purchase.

Warranty Key Points

  • Fluid Bottles and all accessories are not dishwasher safe.  We recommend you wash your Fluid Bottle by hand in warm soapy water so not to void your warranty.
  • Plastic lids are classed as consumables and unless they arrive faulty are not covered under warranty.
  • Please contact us before sending any products back for an authorisation number.

Things to remember to prolong the life of your Fluid Bottle

  • Not dishwasher safe
  • Gentle hand wash of bottles and lids
  • Hot liquids in Thermos only
  • Do not freeze liquids in your Fluid bottle
